Nittel at the Mosel River

We always enjoy the times with friends at Nittel.  It's like a big family with them.  As you can see, there is a lot of wine on the mountainsides of the Mosel valley.  The taste -- well, there are quite some magnificent wines and champagnes grown here.   You can click on the thumbnail pictures below for enlargements.

Nittel to the right, Luxenburg to the left You can see the rocks of Nittel. Here we did some extensive caving and climbing with our kids.
Hiking along the wine of our friends. It's always fun to have a hole flock of kids with us.
Alina riding on my shoulder I had to call Alina to briefly check on daddy.  She is quite independent.
Family picture on our walk through the forest above the rocks of Nittel I enjoy the refreshments at our friends' home.
